Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into our organization through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with us longer and are easier to recruit. Regional VP of Operations

Stacy Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge to Scarlet Haven Residential. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University. She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree, specializing in clinical mental health counseling. Since 2013, she has been committed to supporting families in the senior living industry and views it as a true calling and honor to serve our senior population.
